Hospitality Management Advisors is hiring a Room Attendant for the Courtyard by Marriott in Winston Salem/University. The role supports the Housekeeping department by cleaning guest rooms to brand standards, stocking supplies, and reporting room status.

The position requires weekend/holiday availability and strict adherence to cleanliness and sustainability practices. You will handle linen and laundry duties, mattress rotation, and basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Guest communication skills.
• Able to complete documents.
• Weekend/holiday availability.
• Adhere to environmental sustainability practices, including proper disposal of materials and energy-efficient procedures.

Responsabilités

• Stock cart with supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Report room status.
• Complete maintenance work orders.
• Turn in lost & found items.
• Maintain key security.
• Turn mattresses as needed.
• Prepare cribs and roll-a-ways.
• Perform laundry duties as needed.
• Report safety issues.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Perform other duties as directed.
