Job summary

Contract Services Group, Inc. (CSG) is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are clean, orderly, and fully stocked according to company standards.

You will contribute to guest satisfaction by providing a welcoming environment and assisting with maintenance reports as needed. The ideal candidate will have housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting, and excellent guest communication skills.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms including beds, bathrooms, floors, and furniture.
• Replenish amenities and linens.
• Remove trash and used items.
• Report maintenance or damage issues.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed.
