Job summary

PEG Companies, Inc. is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms clean and welcoming. You will perform housekeeping tasks according to hotel standards and ensure guest comfort.

The role includes making beds, changing linens, stocking towels and amenities, cleaning bathrooms, and reporting maintenance issues. You will maintain safety protocols and provide courteous service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to follow job duties.
• Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces.
• Replenish amenities and stock bathrooms.
• Check and report maintenance issues as needed.
• Restore housekeeping carts and storage areas and maintain safety protocols.
• Deliver items to guest rooms upon request.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and interact courteously with guests and coworkers.
