Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and assist with turnover between guests in Irving, TX. Your role includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and ensuring rooms are ready for new arrivals.

Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flex hours including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Prior housekeeping experience or other environmental services experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds, bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting.
• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
• Stock supply cart and keep it neat and organized.
• Check equipment before and after use to ensure good working order.
• Maintain a professional appearance per Omni standards.
• Attend required department trainings and meetings.
