Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness and knowledge in proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards.
• Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize bathrooms and amenities.
• Surface Cleaning: Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, and decorative items.
• Restocking: Refill toiletries, towels, and linens.
• Trash Removal: Empty bins and replace liners.
• Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report Maintenance Issues to appropriate personnel.
• Lost and Found: Report items to supervisor.
• Guest Interaction: Interact professionally with guests and respond to inquiries.
• Privacy and Security: Follow procedures to protect guest privacy.
