The role involves physical tasks, flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and interaction with guests to support a positive stay experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete rooms and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interaction.
• Basic safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilités

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards, including linens and beds.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Dust and wipe furniture, surfaces, and decorative items in rooms and public areas.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and corridors.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Keep an eye out for lost items and report them to the supervisor.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests and respond to requests.
• Respect guest privacy and maintain security procedures.
