Job summary

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nephi is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean and orderly guest rooms and public areas in Nephi, UT. You will ensure a welcoming environment and help meet brand standards while working as part of a hotel team.

Starting at $14.00/hr, with experience-based adjustments. This role offers team-based incentives, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the hotel network.

Qualifications

• Provide an orderly, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to perform the physical labor that comes with the responsibilities outlined below.
• Accountable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, towels, restocking supplies and organizing the room.
• Vacuum, dust, clean kitchen supplies (if applicable) and rearrange the room after checkout.
• Work quickly to stay on a fast room turnaround schedule.
• Report and return any guest personal items left behind.
• Rotate cleaning of public areas with other housekeeping team members.
• Report cases of property damage.
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
• Abide by Brand and Hotel standards of presentation in each room.
• Keep access key cards secure.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook.
