Job summary

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nephi is hiring for a part-time Front Desk role in Nephi, UT. The 32-hour schedule includes Wed, Thu, Sat and Sun with a starting wage of $14.00 per hour, plus potential raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Identify & overcome guest issues quickly and attentively

Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone
• Processing credit card & cash transactions
• Coordinate with hotel departments to provide superior service
• Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops
• Maintain Front Desk and Hotel Lobby clean and organized; weekly deep cleaning
• Do property & pool checks; occasional package shipment or receiving
• Manage incoming guest calls and reservations; drive sales for new reservations
• Know property details: room types, amenities, breakfast, etc.
• Be approachable and hospitable with guests in person and by phone
• Follow Company Handbook policies; assist with flexible hours as needed
