Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hospitality experience.
• Prior cleaning position experience.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy: computers, tablets, iPads.
• Organizational skills and efficiency.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Sense of ownership in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, bed changes, bathrooms and surfaces within shift time.
• Replenish amenities in guest rooms, including minibar items.
• Report technology, maintenance or room issues to Housekeeping Manager.
• Interact with guests professionally and assist with requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping areas and carts.
• Perform turndown service as requested by guests.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or irregularities.
• Review daily board and refresh stay-over rooms.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
