Residence Inn Augusta is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and designated spaces, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

You will perform cleaning, restocking, bathroom sanitation, and report maintenance issues, while interacting professionally with guests and respecting safety standards. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is preferred.
• High attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques/equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilités

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards (dusting, vacuuming, linens, beds).
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and fixtures.
• Dust and wipe surfaces in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and linens as needed.
• Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in rooms and corridors.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Monitor lost and found items and report them to supervisor.
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to requests.
• Maintain guest privacy and security by following procedures.
