Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant for The Stoneleigh in Dallas, TX. This on-site, full-time position supports guest comfort by maintaining clean rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.

The role requires physical tasks such as bed stripping, linen changes, and lifting up to 50 lbs, plus the ability to assist with heavy carts and room stocking. Teamwork and reliability are essential in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead.
• Willing to pitch in and help coworkers.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and cleaning equipment operation.
• Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs, with or without assistance.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adapt messaging to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clean tubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, ledges and shelves; vacuum and empty trash.
• Restock amenities, linens and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and notify supervisor of any issues.
