Job Description
The Guest Room Attendant provides superior service to guests and maintains the cleanliness standards of Belterra Casino Resort throughout the hotel tower, as directed.

• Provides excellent customer service, positively interacts with guests and staff, and handles difficult situations professionally.
• Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and other designated areas.
• Maintains and cleans equipment used during shifts.
• Documents duties performed during shifts accurately.
• Reports safety hazards and maintenance issues promptly.
• Follows all security protocols.
• Greets guests courteously and assists with their needs within established guidelines.
• Performs duties quietly and efficiently, ensuring room quality standards are met.
• Assists housepersons with department projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months housekeeping experience in hotels, motels, inns, etc.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Ability to clean efficiently at an acceptable performance rate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.

Skills are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training.
