Job summary

PAH Management seeks a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in Fort Wayne. You will service rooms daily, stock the housekeeping cart, and replenish linens and supplies according to company standards.

Responsibilities include responding to guest requests, reporting issues promptly, and coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor to prioritize daily work. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and listen to guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily per hotel procedures, including trash pickup, sweeping, and dusting.
• Change linens and make beds to hotel standards.
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly and maintain windows and balconies as part of routine.
• Stock and manage housekeeping cart; receive and return keys and supplies.
