Job summary

Responsibilities include stocking carts, using cleaning equipment safely, and daily linen changes. A neat, friendly personality and good time management are desired to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
• Observe conditions, detect odors and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Keep work cart orderly and stocked.
• Use equipment and guest amenities properly.
• Clean and sanitize assigned guest areas.
• Change and inspect linens daily per Green Program.
• Report safety hazards and maintain guest property respect.
• Remain courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues.
• Perform duties as assigned by Floor Supervisor.
