The Oxford Collection of Hotels is seeking a Guest Room Attendant for our Hermiston location. The role focuses on maintaining clean, sanitized guestrooms daily and delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and reporting maintenance needs, while upholding the company standards and safety procedures. Flexible schedule with various shifts and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality/hotel work experience preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms daily.
• Perform cleaning duties: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linens, trash removal.
• Restock guest needs and amenities; prepare cart for next shift.
• Provide high level customer service and address guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to attendance and shift requirements.
