Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms meet cleanliness and safety requirements.

This role requires prior housekeeping experience or training and the ability to communicate in English. Work may include weekends and holidays, with attention to guest satisfaction and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; wipe walls and surfaces.
• Notify management about repairs needed in rooms.
• Follow lost and found procedures for items left in rooms.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
