Job summary

The role requires physical fitness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Teamwork across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Literacy in reading, writing, and basic maths.

Responsibilities

• Make sure rooms are at their best and meet high standards.
• Assist guests with requests and directions as needed.
• Keep supervisor updated on room service progress and repairs.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when required.
• Organize supplies and minimise waste across the housekeeping areas.
• Log and reunite lost and found items with owners.
• Maintain a smart appearance in uniform and teamwork with other departments.
• May assist with deep cleaning projects or turndown duties.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
