InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Room Attendant to keep rooms fresh and welcoming for guests. You will ensure rooms meet standards, assist guests with requests, and work with a team to maintain high-quality service.

The role is physical, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. The hourly pay ranges from $16.23 to $18.27, with benefits included for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• This is a physical role requiring standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and push/pull heavy objects.
• literacy in reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare rooms to ensure they are fresh, welcoming and memorable for guests.
• Assist guests with requests such as toothbrushes or directions.
• Update supervisor on room service progress and repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
• Organize supplies and amenities to minimize waste.
• Log and reunite lost and found items with owners.
• Maintain a neat appearance in the uniform.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to complete tasks.
• Monitor supplies and amenities across housekeeping areas.
• Log lost and found items per procedures.
• Work with other departments to ensure quality service.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and occasional turndown duties.
• Support other duties as assigned.
