Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Illinois is hiring a Room Attendant (Housekeeper) to maintain clean guest rooms and common areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, and restocking supplies. You will work with a stocked cart, report maintenance issues, assist guests with requests, and follow safety procedures.

We offer flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time options, and opportunities for training through Great Wolf University.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.
• Prior housekeeping experience including sanitation, laundry operations, and guest services.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and areas: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, supplies, windows and mirrors.
• Maintains stocked, organized housekeeping cart and reports maintenance issues.
• Documents and secures lost and found items; communicates with guests professionally.
• Assists with guest requests and deliveries; restocks supplies at shift end.
• Conserves energy by managing shades/heating in unoccupied rooms; reports hazards.
