Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, orderly guest rooms and common areas. Your duties include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies while upholding safety protocols and guest privacy.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.
• Prior housekeeping experience including sanitation, laundry operations, and/or guest services.
• Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and guest areas: beds, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, supplies.
• Maintain stocked, organized housekeeping cart and report maintenance issues.
• Document and secure lost and found items.
• Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist other housekeeping staff and fulfill guest requests.
