Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces at our Hazelwood, MO property. You will follow SOPs to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy and to uphold guest service standards.

The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 25–50 pounds, ability to work a full-time schedule, and a commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain high guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company cleanliness standards.
• Clean bathrooms and kitchens to maintain hygiene standards.
• Vacuum and mop floors; dust and polish furnishings.
• Restock housekeeping supplies and prepare carts for shifts.
• Notify supervisor of room readiness and any safety concerns.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
