Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and common areas at our Marana property. You will perform routine and deep cleaning to meet our standards and ensure guest readiness for occupancy.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, halls, laundry areas, and public spaces, stocking supplies, and upholding safety. The role supports guest satisfaction with professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and perform bending/squatting.
• Ability to work across housekeeping/laundry positions as needed.
• Ability to spot cleanliness quality in rooms and areas.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Vacuum and mop floors as per procedures.
• Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping cart.
• Notify supervisor of safety or guest concerns.
• Provide superior customer service to guests.
