Job summary

InTown Suites in Suwanee, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. The role performs routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while meeting company cleanliness standards.

The Housekeeper will follow standard operating procedures, restock supplies, and uphold high guest service standards to ensure accommodations are properly maintained and ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Possess good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead when performing cleaning tasks.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures.
• Remove trash and debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain all furnishings by dusting and polishing furniture and appliances.
• Notify supervisor of safety and/or guest concerns.
• Operate housekeeping equipment following standard procedures.
