ZMC Hotels is hiring for housekeeping responsibilities in our hotels across Indiana. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a welcoming environment to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

You may work solo or with a small team while contributing to a larger hotel operation focused on guest experience. The position emphasizes reliability, timely service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with friendly guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift, move constantly, and be able to lift 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills are required.
• Attention to detail and a customer service orientation is essential.
• Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Cleans guest laundry, washer/dryer, tables, and floors as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Work in a team environment supporting all members to ensure a great hotel stay experience.
