The Courtyard Loma Linda is hiring Room Attendants to support our hotel’s mission to soar to success and provide guests with the comfort of home. You will play a vital role in keeping guest rooms and public spaces spotless and welcoming.

As a Room Attendant, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service, appearing in uniform with a professional appearance. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical role requiring bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to Hotel uniform and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and Hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.
