Job summary

The Ranch in Laguna Beach is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and inviting guest rooms in line with our established standards. You will transport supplies, restock amenities, and ensure guest rooms are tidy, safe, and ready for new arrivals.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a valid driver's license for golf carts, and strong communication skills to assist guests while upholding privacy and security throughout their shift.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate golf carts.
• Prior hospitality experience desired.
• Must speak and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to established standards.
• Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens.
• Empty trash and replace linens, towels and amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, remove debris, and ensure fixtures are spotless.
• Inspect room for damages and report maintenance needs.
• Push and pull cleaning equipment and clean throughout the room.
• Assist guests with requests and maintain confidentiality of guestrooms.
• Follow safety, OSHA and hotel policies during cleaning tasks.
