Candlewood Suites Loma Linda is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the hotel’s high standards. You will play a key role in delivering comfort and care, ensuring rooms are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for guests.

The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, and uniform/grooming standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to hotel uniform and grooming standards.

Responsabilités

• Guest Room Care: Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and Hotel standards.
• Guest Room Care: Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
• Guest Room Care: Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Guest Room Care: Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
• Guest Interaction: Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
• Guest Interaction: Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.
