Job summary

Parable Hospitality LLC's Oceanpoint Ranch in Cambria seeks a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming, supporting the Housekeeping team with efficient, safe work practices. You will thoroughly clean rooms to company standards, restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and communicate professionally with guests and staff.

Prior housekeeping experience preferred; 401(k) and team events offered.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic cleaning skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls, and complete other room-cleaning tasks.
• Complete rooms efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality.
• Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards.
• Report maintenance issues or items requiring immediate attention.
• Follow all lost-and-found procedures.
