ZMC Hotels, LLC in Pittsburgh is seeking a friendly Hotel Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness standards throughout our guest rooms. You will replenish supplies, change linens, and disinfect surfaces in a fast-paced environment, working solo or with a small team to support the overall guest experience.

We value highly organized individuals who can stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift, move constantly, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Excellent guest service skills and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a customer-service oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, paper products.
• Cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, table, mop floor as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests.
