Job summary

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago North Shore Deerfield is seeking a dedicated housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and uphold Hilton standards of service. You will be responsible for changing linens, restocking bathrooms, and ensuring rooms meet cleanliness protocols, with the ability to lift light and heavy items and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Ability to lift light to heavy items as required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms, including changing bed linens and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom.
• Straighten furniture and return chairs and tables to the appropriate areas.
• Check the general conditions of the room and notify supervisor of any malfunction or damage.
• Some light and heavy lifting.
• Ability to clean rooms efficiently within a time frame.
• High standard of cleanliness.
• Some flexibility in work schedule.
• Must be able to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ready guest rooms.
