Job summary

Baywood is seeking a hotel housekeeper to perform routine cleaning and servicing of assigned areas, restocking supplies, and maintaining brand standards at the White Marsh property. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, floors, and common areas, and reporting maintenance needs.

Candidates should have basic high school education, welcome training, and strong communication and physical stamina to lift and move supplies. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand chemical labels and Safety Data Sheets.
• Ability to follow brand standards and procedures.
• Strong communication with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to complete housekeeping forms and report issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Make beds with fresh linen and arrange rooms per brand standards.
• Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and safety; report issues promptly.
• Restock housekeeping cart and replace damaged marketing collateral.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
