Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a housekeeping professional to clean guest rooms to company standards, ensure security of rooms and contents, and manage supplies promptly. Responsibilities include restocking linens, updating room status, and assisting guests with requests.

The role requires standing/walking for most of the shift, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and familiarity with cleaning chemicals; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to push/pull/maneuver a 200-pound supply cart.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals is beneficial.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to standards.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and their contents.
• Replenish linens and amenities; change bed linens.
• Stock supply cart and update room status; complete paperwork.
• Notify housekeeping of repairs; handle guest requests.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
