Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public spaces, including potential laundry tasks, in alignment with Sonesta standards. You will work with the Housekeeping team to ensure immaculate rooms and a positive guest experience.

The role requires basic physical stamina, ability to stand for long periods, and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and benefits are provided by Sonesta.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and areas according to brand standards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure timely follow-up to achieve satisfaction.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and report any issues.
• Operate laundry equipment and handle soiled linens as applicable.
• Promote teamwork and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
