Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms. You will greet guests warmly, clean rooms to standards within set time frames, change linens, and replenish amenities while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and housekeeping experience and can communicate in English. This role includes full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive wages and hotel benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust walls and equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Process left items according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction goals.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
