HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and stock guest rooms, ensuring all standards are met. You will work as part of our house care team, delivering consistent cleanliness and guest comfort. The role requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and communicate in English.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost-and-found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
