Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. You will perform cleaning, linen changes, and amenity replenishment, ensuring guest rooms meet established quality for every stay.

Ideal candidates have prior housekeeping experience or training, understand English, and are flexible to work varied schedules including weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Aim to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
