• Ensure that linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed; report deficiencies or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to enhance their stay experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors and hotel staff for smooth operation of services.
• Follow safety protocols and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
