Qualifications

• Fluency in English is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain excellent attendance.
• Professional grooming and neat appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect guestrooms including bathrooms and dust furniture.
• Vacuum carpets, make beds, change sheets, sweep and mop floors.
• Restock towels and supplies; replace bathroom amenities as needed.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and operate it safely.
• Keep carts and linen rooms organized and report maintenance needs.
• Handle guest requests, report incidents, and maintain confidentiality.
• Be responsible for keys and lost-and-found items.
• Adhere to all safety policies; work with PPE as required.
• Follow emergency procedures and work as requested, including evenings/weekends.
