Coury Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to maintain guestrooms and public areas in a clean, orderly state following safety protocols.

The role coordinates daily housekeeping operations, inspects guest rooms for quality, and supports leadership on projects as needed. Strong English, organization, and punctuality are essential in delivering superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Professional grooming and neat appearance.
• Experience in housekeeping is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
• Inspects the cleanliness of guest hallways.
• Assigns special projects as directed by leadership.
• Reports any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensures that all GRAs have appropriate supplies and linens.
• Assists in the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
• Assists in processing AM and PM room status reports.
• Maintains linen carts and linen closets on guest room floors.
