Hilton Phoenix Chandler is seeking a diligent Housekeeper responsible for cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will stock supplies, attend stand-up meetings, and ensure rooms meet Hilton standards.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, strong teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude to create a welcoming environment for guests in a busy hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Effective listening and conflict resolution with co-workers and guests.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning and stocking duties on assigned work cart, attending stand-up, handling linens in housekeeping.
• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms and public areas per shift.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects in storage rooms and guest spaces as directed by supervisor.
