Wischermann Partners, Inc. seeks a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain guest room cleanliness to hotel standards in Edina, MN. You will ensure rooms are clean, ready for sale, and prepared to welcome guests, contributing to a welcoming guest environment.

The position requires prior housekeeping experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team with flexibility for varied shifts. Safety and professionalism are emphasized in daily duties and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Attention to detail and speed/accuracy with good judgement.
• Ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Requires writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Collaborate with all departments and communicate through GXP.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Clean and replenish guest bedrooms and bathrooms per hotel standards.
• Complete assigned work accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness of public hotel areas, hallways and closets.
• Report defects to respective areas responsible.
• Use chemicals per OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and use only as intended.
• Present a professional appearance per hotel standards.
• Support hotels core values of ownership, innovation, craft, respect, and community.
• Perform any other duties as requested.
