Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, elevators, stairwells and assigned areas.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals according to regulations and hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Document room status and turnovers on the assignment sheet or system.
• Restock supplies, change linens, and prepare rooms as assigned.
• Maintain security of keys and report damages or maintenance issues.
• Transport cart and materials safely between areas and rooms.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
