Raymond Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests in Chicago. This full-time role offers starting pay of $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.

You’ll clean guest rooms and public areas, restock supplies, and coordinate with front desk and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Training is provided, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs, up to 35 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
• Communicate with front desk and maintenance to address guest requests.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards for guests and teammates.
• Be part of a team that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
