Job summary

Blue Lake Hotel is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are cleaned to BLCH standards. You will work under the Housekeeping Supervisor, performing tasks such as changing sheets, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across rooms and common areas.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and a valid Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License. Strong reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education includes high school diploma or GED.
• Must maintain Blue Lake Tribal Gaming Commission License during employment.
• Proficient reading comprehension and ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks issued by Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests or complaints.
• Replenish supplies in guest rooms.
• Strip beds, roll-away beds, and cribs; change sheets.
• Clean showers, sinks, toilets, and floors; clean walls and doors.
• Vacuum carpets in rooms, halls, lobby, and elevator.
• Move furniture to facilitate cleaning.
• Provide courteous service to guests and be cordial to team members.
