Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort seeks a detail‑oriented Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms in our 252‑room property and to support laundry duties as needed. You will make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, inspect for maintenance issues, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering friendly guest service.

The role involves working with housekeeping teammates to ensure timely room turnover and participate in training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and remove trash.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain organized attendant’s cart and stock supplies.
• Operate washers and dryers and handle linens as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with special tasks.
• Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover.
