Job summary

YOTEL San Francisco is seeking a Cabin Crew Attendant to maintain guest room cleanliness and ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to established cleanliness standards and Sage Hospitality Group’s service philosophy.

The role involves cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities, operating standard cleaning equipment, and upholding safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced hotel environment. Join a team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal/written instructions
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, sets up cleaning cart with supplies, maintain carts and storerooms
• Cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures to maintain a clean facility
• Replaces towels, soaps and amenities and restocks literature
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures, reaches vents and corners
• Remakes beds with fresh linen and checks cleanliness
• Vacuums rooms, public areas and hallways, operates vacuums and moves heavy furniture
• Inspects locks, reports safety issues to management
• Inspects room equipment and reports maintenance deficiencies
• Maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
