Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Salem Hotel is seeking a Full Time Guest Room Attendant to maintain spotless rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

You will clean, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues, collaborating with front desk and maintenance teams to meet guest expectations and uphold brand standards.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, but training is provided. Must be able to stand, bend, and lift, and communicate in English to assist guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms to established standards.
• Replenish room supplies including toiletries and towels.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report hazards promptly.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness and guest requests.
