Holiday Inn is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and suites fresh and welcoming after daily use. You will help guests with basic needs, log room progress with supervisors, and uphold safety standards while maintaining tidy accommodations across shifts.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, ability to lift, bend, and kneel, and reliable teamwork to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina required for long hours on your feet.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms and move items as needed.
• Comfort with bending, kneeling and stretching to clean and arrange spaces.
• Strong reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms and suites to ensure freshness and guest comfort.
• Assist guests with basic needs such as toiletries or directions.
• Notify supervisor of room service progress and any repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment as required.
• Manage supplies and amenities to minimise waste and loss.
