Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will restock amenities, report maintenance issues, and support a high standard of service for all travelers.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of the housekeeping team. Training and growth opportunities are available within Vista Host’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have a keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean, orderly spaces.
• Ability to work independently while supporting housekeeping teams.
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high cleanliness standards.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and safe environment for guests by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean floors, and ensure surfaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Restock guest room amenities, including towels, soaps, and toiletries.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner, such as delivering extra linens or items from the front desk.
• Report safety, maintenance, or housekeeping concerns to management.
• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces, addressing their needs.
• Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
