Job summary

Guest Services in Willow Beach, AZ is seeking a Housekeeper to perform cleaning and sanitation of units, change linens, dust, vacuum, replenish supplies, and handle laundry as assigned. Qualifications

• Partial High School education; HS Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits and safety awareness.
• Strong customer service abilities; helpful to guests and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas as directed in line with green initiatives.
• Change linens and make beds.
• Dust, clean furniture, windows, baseboards, and frames.
• Pull trash from trash receptacles and replace bags.
• Check and restock missing items in rooms (soap, shampoo, hangers, etc.).
• Clean bathrooms to a spotless standard (toilets, sinks, tubs).
• Dust lights, mirrors, and lampshades.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Notify Supervisor of all quality control issues or needed repairs pertaining to housekeeping.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to your manager.
